I received my Become a Health Coach certification from the Health Coach Institute where I learned an innovative transformational coaching method, practical lifestyle management techniques, 100’s of dietary theories and programs to address today’s top 10 health challenges including weight loss, diabetes, autoimmune disease, infertility, hormone imbalance in both men and women, and emotional eating to name a few.
My training has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic wellness and nutrition. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and develop health-promoting habits that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your health, energy, and general wellbeing.
Each session will leave you feeling focused, inspired and ready to continue your journey. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to other important areas of your life such as love and relationships, career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that will propel you to big life changes.
I retired from public education in 2012 with over 35 years of experience in the areas of teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, staff development, program development, and district administration and leadership. After retirement, I pursued my passion and interest to continue to help people. As a life-long learner, I continued my training and professional development in the areas of health and wellness and clutter clearing.
With my knowledge and expertise, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
